Amendments/Changes to your registration
Making amendments and changes to your registration is possible until 12 January 2020. After 12 January, making changes to your registration is not possible anymore.
Take your corresponding passport/ID-Card to the conference
The conference venue might ask for your passport/ID-Card which corresponds with the document number you registered with. Please make sure you bring your valid passport/ID-Card.
- Check-in opens at 8:30. The first session starts at 9:00. We kindly request all guests to be in time for the first session.

- Lunch and drinks are included.
The conference will be organised at the headquarter of Royal Schiphol Group. We advise you to reach the location by public transport. More information about the location can be found here. Although there is room for parking available at P12, we cannot guarantee a parking spot.
Publications by guests/media
Our official mediapartner for the conference is Luchtvaartnieuws, part of Reismedia B.V. A reporter from Luchtvaartnieuws will attend the conference. In case any speaker or guest is does not want to have his/her provided information published, please approach one of the organisers of the conference. We are happy to help! Other media/guests that made no agreements with the Aviation Management Conference are kindly requested not to post publications about the conference without permission of the organisation.
A photographer will be present at the conference. Photos of the conference may be posted online. In case you do not want to be included on photos, please let the photographer/the organisation know.
